Shipping Policies

All items are shipped by US or Canadian postal services. At present we ship only to Canada and the US. Basic shipping charges are as follows: There is a $5.00 shipping charge per aromatherapy pack items ( All Boo Boo Bears and Friends, Lavender Love Pillow, Gardener's Helper, Boo Boo Pillow). All other items incur a 10% shipping charge.

Please note that all herbal products are shipped from Alberta, Canada and Drop-Guard baby bottles are shipped from Ohio, USA. Consequently, your shipment may be received in 2 shipments from separate suppliers.

Return Policy

Workmanship  of all products is guaranteed for one year. Please note that colors may vary due to suppliers.
• Pre-authorization is required for all returns and must be requested within 7 days of receiving goods.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the product is packed carefully.

Backorder Policy

We aim to keep all items in stock but, particularly during seasonal rushes we may temporarily run out of a certain item. In this event you will be offered the choice of a refund, a credit towards the purchase of another item, or shipment as soon as the item becomes available.

Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive an item which has been damaged during shipment please contact us immediately. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis.
